Smigo

Your privacy.

Smigo Teams is an independent team-management application. The website and mobile application use the same Firebase account and team data.

What Smigo stores

Account details include your name, email, date of birth, address, and optional profile picture. Team records include memberships, roles, classes, tribes, points, attendance, messages, attachments, lessons, and achievements. Password authentication is handled by Firebase Authentication.

Who can access it

Team information is shared with team members according to existing access rules. Team creators and authorized leaders manage team records. A casting link shares selected names, photos, and scores with anyone who has that link until it expires.

Services used

Firebase provides authentication, database, and file services. Cloudflare hosts the public web interface. Resend may deliver requested account emails. When a leader requests quiz generation, the lesson PDF is sent to the configured OpenAI service through the backend.

Your choices

You can update your profile, choose whether to upload a photo, request email verification, and reset your password. Contact your team creator about team records or membership. Deleting a team does not delete a person’s Firebase account.

Browser storage

Smigo uses browser storage to keep you signed in and remember your theme. Sign out when using a shared device.

This page describes the implemented data flows. The operator must provide its public support contact and finalize retention and account-deletion policies before general release.
